The terms and conditions in this Part D apply between us, Sethsuwa Hospital Ltd, and all clients and buyers including all business partners.

The use of a product catalogue and service details on our website shall be open to public and accessed by any legal person willing to visit this website.

All of them are free to ask any question relevant to our products or services before they purchase and Sethsuwa Hospital Ltd. respect their right to be informed.

We will update the catalogue and details as well as upgrade the labels, packing and presentation of products from time to time.

 (17) Charges, prices and fees

The prices, prices and fees will be decided and declared by us according to our financial requirements and management directives.

Sethsuwa Hospital Ltd. has the exclusive right to change the prices, charges and fees related to products and services without any prior announcement.

Professional services are priced in credits on the website.

(18) Cancellation, exchange and refund policy 

Cancellation should be informed within 24 hours of placing the order.

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped the entire amount will be refunded.

If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at …. or email us at mail@pranajeewa.com mentioning your Order reference number. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please ensure that the original product packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and the retail box, leaflets all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

• Any product without valid, readable, untampered labels, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable labels;

• Any product from which the Product Bar Code has been removed from its original packaging.

 

(E) General and interpretative provisions

(19) Indemnity

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
